Order Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are shipped via UPS delivery and we do not ship overseas or to P.O. Boxes. Please enter a physical mailing address in North America for all purchases.

We generally (greater than 95% of the time) ship orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends. That being said, there is the matter of the annual holiday rush and occasional out-of-stock items which can compromise our good intentions. If your order will be held up for more than 5 days we will attempt to contact you. Shipping typically takes between 1 to 7 days (weekends and holidays not included) depending on how far you are from Oregon.
