|CALLING ALL MUSTARD-LOVING COOKS!
is a unique premium mustard developed and produced by the Benedictine Sisters
of Mt. Angel. The secret recipe for the mustard was passed on for generations
before being given to Sr. Terry Hall and her Benedictine community.
While the Sisters have been making the mustard for years, the product was just
introduced to the public in the summer of 2005 when they began selling it at
the Beaverton Farmers Market and Salem Public Market. The response was
overwhelming and Monastery Mustard is now being sold at 75 different locations
in 28 cities and towns in Oregon and 12 other states. (Where To Buy)
Monastery Mustard comes in nine
delicious flavors - Divinely Original (Horseradish), Glorious Garlic, Heavenly Honey, Angelic Honey Garlic, Hallelujah Jalapeno, Devoutly Dill, Jubilant Blueberry (seasonal), Orange Cranberry (seasonal) and the newest flavor,
Deli Garlic Dill. Monastery Mustard
is renowned for its incredible smoothness and tangy flavor. It is great on a
sandwich or a sausage, and also makes a sensational cooking sauce for fish,
chicken and meat.
